This sporty car gets more power and subtle exterior styling changes for 2007. The 350Z seats two and comes as a hatchback coupe and a convertible. Coupe models are called base, Enthusiast, Touring, and Grand Touring. Convertibles come in Enthusiast, Touring, and Grand Touring trims. All models have a 306-hp 3.5-liter V6 engine. It replaces a pair of 3.5-liter V6 engines of 287 and 300 hp. A 6-speed manual transmission is standard on all. A 5-speed automatic is available on Enthusiast, Touring, and Grand Touring models. All models have revised front-end appearance. Convertibles have a power fabric top with heated glass rear window. ABS is standard. Traction control is standard on all but the base coupe. An antiskid system is standard on all convertibles and Grand Touring coupes, as well as Touring coupes with manual transmission. Front side airbags and curtain side airbags are optional on coupes. Convertibles have standard side airbags that provide head and torso protection. A navigation system is optional on Touring and Grand Touring.

The Nissan 350Z represents the fifth generation of "Z" sports cars from this Japanese manufacturer. At its debut, the 350Z represented a key component of Nissan's rebirth in the North American market. For much of the late '90s and early new millennium, Nissan's lineup was full of lackluster cars. The Z brought back the company's spirit of fun and performance that had been missing ever since the discontinuation of the previous 300ZX.

For the 350Z's final year, only the roadster is available -- the coupe has been replaced by the new 370Z coupe. The roadster version of the latest-generation Z is expected soon. As such, most people interested in a 350Z will be looking at a used model. The 350Z's a fine choice for a used sports car, though keen shoppers will want to pay close attention to the car's changes and updates through the years.
